This ring features a fragment of brown salt-glazed pottery carefully foraged from the beaches of Portsmouth, UK. Its earthy tones and textured surface have been shaped by the tides, creating a piece full of character and history.
Handcrafted in my seaside studio in Old Portsmouth, the pottery shard is encased in textured silver, copper, and tin solder and set on a sterling silver band. Each ring is one-of-a-kind.
The band is approximately UK size N and slightly irregular due to its handmade nature.
