Stone Pendant, A Fragment of the Ocean

This pendant features a stone, found along the shores of Portsmouth, UK. The stone looks very much like a tooth but is a piece of flint!

Handcrafted in my seaside studio in Old Portsmouth, the stone is encased in a blend of silver, copper and tin solder, finished with a sterling silver jump ring. An optional 18-inch sterling silver trace chain can be added.

I walk the beach daily, collecting sea glass, shells, stones, and pottery, treasures shaped by the sea and time. Each piece is transformed into sustainable, one-of-a-kind jewellery, giving these overlooked fragments a new life.
