This pendant is made from a shell discovered along the beaches of Portsmouth, UK. Each shell’s curves and ridges have been shaped over time by the tides, making every piece unique.
Handcrafted in my seaside studio in Old Portsmouth, the shell is set in a blend of silver, copper and tin solder and finished with a sterling silver jump ring. You can also add an 18-inch sterling silver trace chain.
I love walking the shoreline daily, collecting shells, sea glass, pottery, and stones, small treasures shaped by nature and history. Transforming these overlooked fragments into wearable, sustainable jewellery brings them a new life, creating pieces that are precious souvenirs.
